What do I need to bring?

* All fishing or spearfishing equipment, tackle, fishing liscences, and snorkel equipment are provided as a part of your package.
What if I can’t decide which adventure is best for me?
With so many great options, we understand it might be difficult to decide which adventure is best for your interests and needs! Send us a note and our captain will get back in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the expedition that works best for you or to discuss a customize combination adventure.
I am not an experienced fisherman. Will I still be able to get the most out of this experience?
Our experienced captain cannot wait to provide you with the fishing experience of a lifetime. We provide all of the equipment and tackle you need along with the one-on-one teaching to make your trip successful and memorable. Each adventure we book is unique in that it is designed and planned specifically towards your interests.
I am traveling with my family. Will my wife or children enjoy the trip?
The wonderful thing about us is we can customize a trip to fit your needs. We can show your family the wonders of the ocean by snorkeling, an eco-tour, or fishing the reef. Our experienced captain works closely with each family member to make sure they have a fantastic time.
Can I keep my fish?
Absolutely! That is why you are here, to catch dinner. Our captain will fillet the fish for you and recommend his favorite restaurants that offer hook & cook or a recipe for you try if you are grilling at home.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICES
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you will get a full refund if you notify us at least 30 days prior to your trip. Should you have to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled trip, your deposit will not be refunded.
Note: If you do not show up for your trip, or if you interrupt or cancel your expedition once it has begun, no refund will be made.
On The Reef Charters Inc. strives to make our adventure an enjoyable and memorable experience, as such, the captain and On The Reef Charters Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time due to bad weather, mechanical failure, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevents us from the excursion. It is the clients responsibility to check with the captain the day before the trip departure, after 2 pm. EDT, by calling ph. 305-8407-0848. In the event of cancellation, On The Reef Charters Inc. will not be held liable for any travel, hotel, or other consequential costs by the client.
Persons that fail to arrive for their reserved expedition will not be entitled to a refund.
PAYMENT AND BOOKING POLICY
A deposit is required to book a charter. A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full on the date of your expedition. Upon receipt of the customers deposit, a confirmation email will be generated. All deposits, sales, and purchases are final. In the event of mechanical failure or any other unforeseen circumstances before departure, On The Reef Charters Inc. will refund the deposit or payment in full. The client will also have the option of re-booking a trip at a later date. In the event that On The Reef Charters cancels due to bad weather, On The Reef Charters Inc. will offer to reschedule the charter, or a full refund will be issued. Should the client cancel within 30 days of the scheduled charter, no refund will be issued, however, On The Reef Charters will offer to reschedule the charter / expedition within a 12 months.
No refunds will be given if a trip is cut short due to illegal, violent or belligerent behavior on behalf of the client.
Prices are subject to change. On The Reef Charters Inc. reserves the right to adjust trip prices due to a substantial increase in fuel price if the trip was booked more than 6 months in advance.
If a captain discovers illegal drugs on board during the voyage, the trip will be terminated immediately, and the United States Coast Guard and other appropriate authorities will be notified immediately. No refunds will be granted.
